Julie's Baby Shower April 2009

Here is Julie a few weeks before her Baby Shower. Julie's Baby Shower was beautiful. Full of family, friends and great food. Baby Christine got new clothes, toys, sheets, blankets, pacifiers,etc...

Brett's Spring Soccer 2009

Brett has now been playing soccer for a little over a year. He has picked it up pretty quickly. He had a great coach the past 2 seasons (winter/spring). He is one of coaches for the Cardinals football team. He is very patient with the boys and has terrific practice routines. Brett is a SUPERSTAR!!! He will one day be as good as his Utah cousins. I hear they are gooooood!

Ali's Dance 2009

Ali is in her 4th year of dance. She loves it and excels at it. She is a leader in her class. The teacher has the other girls watch her when they perform. She is definitely a dancer. Whether there is music playing or not, she is always dancing around the house. We love that!!!

Cornerstone Ward Fourth of July Celebration

Our Family went to our ward 4th of July Breakfast. It was STINKIN' HOT & HUMID! But we survived. I was incharge of the Primary bike decorating table. Our kids didn't bring their bikes but we improvised and decorated their bodies. Jacob liked it as long as he didn't have to move, then he ripped it off. Cameron helped a friend decorate her bike. Haley, his friend was in his school class last year. They are good friends.

Ali, Jacob & Cameron (especially him) enjoyed getting their face painted by the YW of the ward. We then had a bicylce parade. The kids walked along the bikes. Jacob had a melt down at the end because he stayed up late the previous night with the cousins so, that was my clue that we were done and we needed to go home. But all in all, they had fun!

Christine Malie Huffaker's Baby Blessing

Christine Malie Huffaker was given her baby blessing on July 5th, 2009 by her loving father Mark Merrill Huffaker. She was a great baby! Not one peep (or poop! Ha ha!) was made during the prayer. After Sacrament meeting the Barney and Huffaker families went to Mark and Julie's new home on Juanita Drive to eat dinner, visit and take lots of fun pictures. We love our newest Huffaker!
